Meet the coach
No two kids are the same
We customize our phone cases, our license plates and our coffee orders. So why are we still using the same parenting approaches as our parents and grandparents?
One thing I knew for sure as a child was that I wanted to be a mom. Happily, I now have two amazing kids and two terrific stepkids. They have different needs, different senses of humor, different favorite cookie recipes and different ways to decompress after a hard day. Intuitively, I knew that effective parenting strategies varied from day to day and kid to kid. I just didn't know why.
By becoming a parenting coach, I've learned the neuroscience behind parent-child connections, how to break generational cycles of behavior and interaction, and how to work with kids of all ages, behaviors and personalities in order to build happy, authentic and resilient families.
I'd love to help you become the best possible parent for your kids.
