What does a parenting coach do, exactly?
Every parent has moments of sheer exasperation, frustration, exhaustion and self-doubt. If you've ever promised you wouldn't yell today--only to yell before lunch, or found yourself at the end of your rope trying to get through to a strong-willed toddler/tween/teen, I can help you get back on track.
My goal is to work with parents to become more confident, effective, and grounded in their role as caregivers, while also promoting joyful relationships and healthy development for their children.
I have a particular interest in working with families with neurodiverse children. The confluence of different needs, abilities and therapies often feels unmanageable. We'll work together to find strategies to bring peace and clarity to your parenting.
